Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are:
- Ahmedabad Local Delivery: 24 to 48 hours
- Gujarat Delivery: 2 to 5 business days
- Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability, customer location, weather conditions, public holidays, or operational delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, product weight, delivery location, and courier availability.
Free shipping may be available on selected orders or above a specific order value, if mentioned on the website.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through SMS, email, or WhatsApp. Customers can use the tracking link to check shipment status.
Delivery Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including house/building number, street name, area, city, state, pincode, and contact number.
Bhumi Enterprise will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or unreachable phone number, the courier partner may attempt delivery again as per their policy. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.
Damaged Shipment
If you receive a damaged package, please do not use the product. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.
Damaged shipment claims may not be accepted without proper proof.
